Quick Answer
On Flipkart and Amazon India, a search for “CO₂ pistol” mostly returns toy guns and gun-shaped lighters, not CO₂ air pistols (checked 5 November 2026). Real .177 CO₂ pistols are sold by airgun dealers: from ₹25,000 for the Indian-made Camstar Star RX Gen 3 and from ₹29,900 for imports. None costs under ₹10,000.
Flipkart’s first page for “co2 pistol” on 5 November 2026 had 40 results. Not one was a CO₂ air pistol:
| What the listing is | Price seen | Is it a CO₂ air pistol? |

| Gun-shaped cigarette lighters | ₹1,451–1,739 | No — a lighter |

SIG Sauer P365, 4.5 mm steel BB, CO₂ — ₹19,320 from a third-party seller, delivery quoted for 27–30 November (about three weeks). It is a BB pistol, not a pellet pistol. The listing did not say who verifies the buyer’s ID, whether a GST invoice is issued, or who services it in India — ask all three before you pay.
Real .177 CO₂ pistols in India are sold by airgun dealers and manufacturers that verify ID. The cheapest on sale at Indian dealers:
All 18 models, with energy, warranty and the seller each price came from, are in the CO₂ pistol price comparison.
There isn’t one. The cheapest CO₂ pistol at an Indian dealer is ₹25,000. Under ₹10,000 the real, licence-free choice is a spring air pistol: the Star Leo at ₹8,400 or the Mauser X at ₹9,499. Amazon does list 12 g CO₂ cartridges, many sold for soda makers and bicycle pumps. An air pistol takes a standard non-threaded 12 g cartridge; check the listing says so. Camstar sells airgun 12 g cylinders with the pistol and separately — see 12 g CO₂ cartridges in India.
